Service Cancellation

Customer may cancel a scheduled repair service before the technician visit. If service is cancelled after technician has already reached at location, a visit or inspection charge may apply depending on situation.

Inspection Charges

In some cases a basic inspection or diagnosis charge may apply if customer decides not proceed with repair after problem has been identified by our technician.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered in the following situations:

  • Service was paid but not delivered
  • Incorrect service charge applied by mistake
  • Duplicate payment made by customer

Non-Refundable

  • Repair service has been already completed
  • Special order parts have been purchased for repair
  • Customer cancel service after repair work has started

Refund Processing Time

If a refund request approved, refund amount will proceed within 2 to 7 working days using original payment method or another agreed payment option.
